      <title>Unable to continue</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I've been sectioned under the mental health act. I've been in hospital 3 weeks and don't know when I'm likely to get out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm self employed and currently have no income. The money I do have is needed to cover my mortgage and council tax. Broadband is the least of my worries.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to cancel the contract as I am unable to cover costs and as I'm not using it there is no point continuing with the service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I find it extremely frustrating that there is no email address or online chat service to help and I currently have to make my personal circumstances public on a forum.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Totally embarrassing.</description>
