      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my BT sport app at the end of may but I've only just realised it's still billing me for the app for June-July, July-August and now August to September. I've not re-added it my account and would like the amount refunded please.&lt;/P&gt;
