&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On 4 July I renewed by broadband contract for an additional 18 months at £23.99 per month. I got an email confirming this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In early August i was charged £41.75 as my "product change is in progress".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contacted support and got a £17.76 refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Product change is still showing as pending.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone please help to get this sorted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
