Direct Debit Mandate Charities

I hope you can help I am after a Direct Debit mandate form for the charity business account as we can not complete online DD due to requiring two physical signatories for DD's

Can i request one is sent to our office address please or via email so I can print and send back?

Hi, thanks very much for the reply. I phoned up Plusnet and they had no clue what I was on about.

I have tried to private message but it says 'You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.'

Could I please contact you another way?

@Expectltd2022 you need to have made at least 3 posts to have sufficient privilege to send a PM.

If you add another post to this thread you might then find you can PM

Ok, I know there was some issues with PM privileges but I thought they'd been fixed. I understood that you needed 3 posts and a verified email.

PM is going to be the best way to send the information.

@Gandalf can you check and give @Expectltd2022 the privilege to PM please ?

I see the problem, but I can't fix it, because only an admin like @JonoH has the permission (to change the permissions)

Hopefully he's around today. Alternatively, @Expectltd2022 is username you've put in your forum profile Here the right one?

I don't think there's anything I can do with your Skype ID as my plan is to create a support ticket on your account not call you. I'm happy to ring you though but that wouldn't really help get the direct debit mandate form across to you.

I see two accounts from the email address you've used to create your forum profile, I'm just wanting to make sure I'm raising the ticket on the right account. If you look at your profile, under where it says "Plusnet Username", is this the right one?

Sorry to confuse.

There is no 'Profile Username' section on my profile page.

Therefore I have put my plusnet username under my skype ID.
