      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do we not display dates, like all other measures, with the most significant unit first? If one annotates file names with a date prefix and wishes to see them displayed in chronological order then one needs to use yyyy/mm/dd and for extended accuracy, hh:mm:ss can be added.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
