    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I am changing from Unlimited fibre to Plusnet Full Fibre and now I have received a bill for the 3 remaining months of my contract. I didn't think I would get a bill for upgrading a Plusnet service. Not impressed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
