&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can still see that the restrictions are in place despite no other issues on the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've sent a request to have the redirect removed from your account which will be actioned soon.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the redirect has been removed simply reboot your router and everything should be back to normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the problem is still present just respond to this post and I will get back to you as soon as I can.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Failed Billing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could someone from PlusNet please remove the restrictions from my account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I paid my bill 2 days ago but am still being redirected to the payment failed page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I go to make a payment it says 'Your current balance is £0', 'You don't need to make a payment on your account'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have restarted my router and I have also tried turning my router off for half an hour.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
