£75 cashback email not received

Hi Plusnet my service went live about 10 days ago and i was informed the email to register for the £75 cashback card should arrive within the first 10 days can anybody help with this.

Don’t hold your breathe, think this is just a scam, still waiting for mine and the award winning customer service doesn’t actually exist unless you feel like being on hold for 1/2hr.

They literally don’t allow email contact.

We’re quite busy right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I'd usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.

I can see the email was sent on the 5th and claimed on that date

It should be with you in the next 30 days, is there anything else I can help with today?
