&lt;P&gt;I'm so sorry this is happening, what hassle and I can imine the frustrations this is causing you. It is due to the services available at your exchange and we would need to manual over ride it to place a deal through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This can only be done by our Customer Options team. I can arrange a call for you and make sure they know what is happening to make it as smooth as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
