      <title>Error: change already in progress</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Went to renew my contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Changed Anytime first, while I was in the dashboard - which is now functioning like a 737Max, i.e. I cannot renew my contract because it says Error: change already in progress.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone who knows what is going on?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and they will sort your renewal. There's rarely much of a wait on this number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You'll need to wait until your call plan change has gone through before you can renew your contract online. Alternatively if you can ring Customer Options on 0800 013 2632, they should be able to change your call plan and renew together.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Gandalf, but that's what I feared.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have an antipathy to hanging on to a phone on speaker while I wait for a human. I'll wait and see if the dashboard lets me renew tomorrow or the following day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
