Why does Plusnet make it so difficult to be able to cancel BT Sport?

I will be cancelling my subscription on 29th May, and it would be great if there was a 'cancel/remove'' button to click, just as there is an 'add' button.

As I said, I was going to cancel BT Sport at the end of May. I tried to reply to the ticket today but it has been closed because of "14 days of inactivity". That's not very clever.

Anyway, please remove access to the BT Sport app from my account, with immediate effect. That is, from 19th May 2022.
