Please help. I joined plusnet a month ago.

I get the message on logging into my online account. I need to disable 1571 so I can use my landline answer phone:

Hi SheilaHam,

I've picked this up for you and will get a task raised to our billing team to get the error removed that's preventing us from making changes to the account, it may take a day or two but I'll get back to you as soon as that's been done.
