    <description>&lt;P&gt;I gather the system of allowing &lt;STRONG&gt;one&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;to raise&lt;/STRONG&gt; a "ticked" to get support no longer exists.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has the text chat system also been removed or can someone tell me how to access it?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The chat system has also long gone. The channels for support are via the phone (0800432 0200), these forums and social media (Twitter and Facebook).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;even PM'ed someone who's apparently an employee - no response, no resolution.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Spent another useless half an hour and a bunch of ££ to call them - again, with zero outcome, except the same standard questions and lame apologies..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
