I signed up with Plusnet on the 23/3/22 for unlimited fibre 36Mbps & line rental priced at £22.99 / month.
Looking on member centre today you appear to have me down for £26.54 monthly charge and are taking a further £3.55 this month.

Not a good start Plusnet! Please explain.

Maybe it's the cpi+3.9% increase

This works out at 15.4% increase.

Resolved as a billing error to be corrected at the end of the month. 🤞
