Plusnet offer Blue Light / Defence Discount?

Hi,

Currently with Plusnet.

Does Plusnet offer Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Card on their services?

Some other providers like Vodafone do, but cannot see anything on the Plusnet website.

Hi there,

Sort of, but not quite. I've spoken with a colleague from our sales & retentions team, and I'm advised that if you work from home for the NHS, we can upgrade you to fibre broadband on a specific offer, and/or increase your mobile allowance. This would need to be managed by your HR team who would contact us to arrange.

For Defence, if you're serving in the Armed Forces, then with the relevant evidence, we can either cancel your account without termination fees, or move your services to another address with no one-off fees to pay.
