Latest Bill

Today was the first bill received following my line rental Saver expiry and following the latest price increases.

On my account the breakdown is shown and the sum amounts to £26.77

However the bill has added as extra £0.03. From the next bill will it revert it £26.77. Or will it continue to be £26.80

I know the difference isn't much but it'll all add up!

Over time and if to many customers it's a lot more money than they should be, I'll see what next bill comes out as

Hi there, thanks a lot or getting in touch. Our billing page is down at the moment so I've not been able to take a good look into this, though if your bill was only produced yesterday, the extra 3p is likely a pro rata charge due to the recent price increase.

You'll have paid a little more for your services between 31/03/2022 - 02/04/2022 which will have been added onto the next bill.
