trying to work out my cancellation fee, but the reduction of how much plusnet save cost wise makes no sense?

Hey @DanHosker, thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're looking to cancel your contract. If I may, can I ask why you're wanting to leave, and if there's anything we can do to make you reconsider?

Cancellation fees are dealt with by our Customer Options Team, you can either give them a call on 0800 013 2632, or I'd be more than happy to arrange a call back if you'd like to PM me with a suitable contact number and time that you'd be free?

Unfortunately not, all termination matters are now handled solely by our Customer Options Team @DanHosker
