I used the chat facility in my existing account as apparently I have an account error and I have an order currently being processed (not true). So I then received the following

We're not sure what the problem is, but we'd like to help. To be able for us to access your account and help, please give us a call on 0800 434 0200. At busy times, please bear with us if it takes a little longer than usual to speak to us.

Biut the phone number does not exist...very strange.

Can someone please fix the error as I wish to renew my contract ASAP.

I'm really sorry about that @AW_me, thanks a lot for letting us know. There's no need to call in though, I've managed to find the issue and have fixed it for you. Log into your Member Centre when you have a minute and let us know if you're still seeing the message about an order being processed.
