Credit file wrong

I have recently checked my credit file and noticed that since 2014 I have been missing payments to plus net that I am not aware of ! I have never had any correspondence from the company to state this and it is now ruining my credit score . Any help would be much appreciated .

Hi there,

Were you ever with a company called Life Mobile? We took over their services and accounts in 2016.

If you can private message me your full name and mobile number though I'll be happy to raise this to our credit team to look into further. Due to the age of the debt, I suspect we'll be able to delete your file completely from our side.
