Switiching to Plus net from Giff Gaff

Hello Everyone

So I have just tried to switch from Giff Gaff to Plus Net. I filled everything in even put my PAC code in from Giff Gaff. Paid the first payment, and the money has left my account. But then the web-page just timed out and I have had no emails nothing what do I do?
