&lt;P&gt;If you leave your Direct Debit in place it will be automatically refunded, normally about 3 weeks after the account is closed. Otherwise you will eventually get a cheque, but this takes longer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38823"&gt;@Baldrick1&lt;/a&gt; has mentioned, if you leave your direct debit in place any remaining credits on the account will be automatically refunded.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I would advise to allow 10 working days from the final invoice generating for it to reach you and if you haven't received it after this point, just give me a nudge on here and I can chase that up with our billing team for you.&lt;/P&gt;
