I signed up on a £70 Mastercard or cash back deal but still haven't received and email or card through the post?could you please look in to this for me.

Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate it.

I have checked the deal that you are on and its is not showing a reward card as part of that offer.

So that I can look into this further, please can you advise if the contract was taken via our site or a third parties such as money saving expert or quidco etc.

It was through plusnet website on the 4th Jan 22 the deal was promoting 70 rewards card for new customers I was with bt they offered to match your price for the broadband but the rewards card sealed the deal for me.
