An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, etc...

As above error.

Since taking out Plusnet Broadband I've always had this on the account when logging in:

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

Can anyone help me to sort this, please?

Sorry to both of you about the issue on your accounts and that it's been preventing you from making changes.

I've fixed it on each account so it should be fine now but please shout up if not.
