      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress." appears in my account page.&amp;nbsp; I cannot change the call features in the last few weeks.&amp;nbsp; Cannot use 1572 etc.....&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
