I need to know my contract end date.

I need to know my broadband/phone contract end date. This information seems to be hidden really really well.

Can someone point me to where it is?

The landing page shows details of my original contract that ended in 2019. I've had two more since then.

Look back though past emails or closed tickets in your account. See https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search by adding the approximate date span when you took out the contract using 'Closed questions in date range'

We've got this issue logged (ref: MC-1877) with our Digital Team.

I can't say when it will be fixed but it's definitely on our radar to fix as soon as possible.

when I log in via my windows 11 using google I see the correct contract details, like my first post but with the correct prices and date, but when I log in via my Android tablet I see this

If that issue is looking at the display of the correct details, can you please add that not all monetary values include a currency symbol. Such should be consistent.

I have the same problem, the information is out of date and complicated by the fact that Plusnet created then cancelled a “repair account” due to system billing issues. I need to know when my contract ends (I think it’s imminent) and what the renewal offer is.

Thank you for your help. I’ve received the email with the best renewal deal and am trying to renew but keeping getting a Plusnet error message “Something’s gone wrong…” when I follow the link. Can you help please?

If not already done, I would advise to open a browser and log into your Plusnet account online and then go to your email and follow the link afterwards.

Alternatively, as @dvorak has mentioned you can give our Customer Options Team a call and they'll be more than happy to help you

my home page lists a 2 month contract... which implies that i am now out of contract... however i have not received any emails from yourselves around the contract ending.

Hey all, I thought I'd post back to confirm that we've fixed this issue and the correct contract start/end dates should now be showing in your Member Centre. Any issues though let me know! Cheers
