&lt;P&gt;I'm afraid that we can't change the name of a mobile account, due to the credit checks we'd go through when you sign up.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Is there a spelling mistake in the name we hold for you or have you changed your name via Deedpoll?&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Feel free to private message me, if you prefer to discuss further in a non-public space.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
