Attempting to turn Caller ID and voicemail on.&lt;BR /&gt;Something has stuck?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've seen other posts where this has been fuxed manually where the automation has failed.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately this one isn't a quick fix like the others, as the call features on the account are correct, and reflect what's on the line at the moment. I've just raised a task with our Billing Operations Team to have this sorted out though.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Give it another go in three working days and let us know if you're still having issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
