How do you get the gift card?

I have recently moved my broadband to Plusnet and it mentioned a £75 gift card for joining.

I haven't received anything or any email about it and am conscious the offer end date is in a few days? Do I need to do anything ?

Hiya @peteg1978, thanks for getting in touch.

After your service has been live for 10 working days, you will usually receive an email with a link to claim the reward (remember to keep an eye in your junk box too). Once claimed, the reward will then be with you within a further 30 days.

From the point of the claim email being sent, you have 2 months to claim it before the link expires.
