&lt;P&gt;You can renew by calling the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. There’s rarely more than a few minutes delay on this line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to renew my plusnet contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try renew my plusnet contract it says on my account that an order is already being processed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, I haven't changed my broadband plan at all.
