    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Got an email from Plusnet stating it’s time for your account review. Current contract ends early March. I went on to my account and unless I’m missing something, I’m unable to renew or take the Unlimited Fibre Extra 66mb@ £23.95. Just gives message that it’s not available to me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tried phoning but lines very busy. If anyone from Plusnet could ring me, it would be most helpful&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and they will tell you what’s available and sort you out. There’s rarely more than a few minutes wait on that line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
