The message on my account page suggested that I could lift the restriction now and pay within the next 12 days. After 12 days I would be restricted again and a late fee would be applied which is fine, I appreciate the grace period to be honest and it will be cleared within that time.. I'm still restricted despite clicking to reconnect though..
