Paid my bill this morning (it was late) and the restrictions still haven't been removed. Still coming up failed billing. I was still within the 14 day payment period.

I'm really sorry to see we haven't automatically removed restrictions after you had paid your bill.

I've raised this with the relevant team to fix and this should be sorted within the next 4 hours.

Thank you very much. I will keep an eye out and let you know. It normally doesn't happen when im still withing the 14 day payment period. I've had it for about a week now. Some things work and others still come up failed billing.

Fortunately I now personally know someone in that team so I prodded them and your account should be unrestricted.
