    <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband/phone service was activated on 15th November and was advised that I would receive any email 10 days after activation on how to claim my voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't received any emails to date and I've checked my spam folders as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could Plusnet customer service please confirm please.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
