Cannot withdraw referral credit as no one understands the system

I always have issues getting my referral credit withdrawn to my bank account.

It seems I have to jump through many hoops to get it because none of the call centre staff understand the referral system.

My referral balance goes up every month because I've referred many customers, so my plusnet account is, as of today, £142.74 in credit.

Can I get this withdrawn to my bank account please as per plusnet's terms and conditions.

Hiya @smartypants, thanks for getting in touch. I am sorry for the issues you face with getting your excess credits refunded, we do really appreciate you referring other customers to us!

I have now raised a request to our Billing Team to have this refunded for you. Once they have picked up your request they will sent further confirmation for you.

Please just let us know if you have any further queries in the meantime.
