Caller Display Not Working

Having moved our business premises, without changing service provider, Caller Display has stopped working on our phone. I have ensured that this is active in our account and having moved in July, had expected this to be active by now but it isn't

I have taken ownership so that I can keep you updated on this and get it resolved.
