Upgrade offer is crazy

Hi i am about to expire on my current contract and my new offer is about £16 more than the deal i currently have

I have been with plus net for years but gigaclear have arrived and i can get

Gigaclear 400 mbps and voip phone for £30 a month ( unlimited calls )

or stay with plusnet for 65 mbps phone line for £52 a month ( unlimited calls )

Are plusnet gonna offer me a good deal or is our relationship over 😂

I have been happy with the service for years but not gonna pay more for less

I forgot to add plusnet do not offer fttp at my location either

I have also noticed as well that vodaphone are doing a 67 mbps broadband only deal to this address for £20

no phone line costs can plusnet match that ?

Have you seen the reviews for Gigaclear?

Pretty poor. Plus, unless you're downloading a lot of have a lot of devices needing high bandwidth at the same time, I personally don't see the point of 400Mbps, infact 100Mbps is more than enough.

Yep. But I can only from my experience and the 50 business and residential plusnet lines I manage. The only issue for me, and this is like nearly every business now I find, is the shocking customer service, primarily because they have 5 call centre staff per 2 million customers.

Ok so had to make a call in the end to see if plus net wanted my custom and to be fair they offered me a deal that was pretty close to Vodaphone's £28 and as has been said i was a little unsure about gigaclear so after just 5 minutes on the phone i took the plusnet deal and im here for another 2 years
