2 postage charges on my order

Good evening, I've just been checking my plusnet account. On the bill from 25/09/2021 there seems to be 2 separate charges of £6.99 on 2 different dates. Could anyone help with why this is? I was made aware I would have to pay it once, and I only recieved 1 router.
