Hi

I recently moved address and kept with Plusnet. I was paying £27~ a month before. It shows on bill as more but a promotional discount is added of £13 to make it £27.

I assumed my new contract at new property would be the same, I’m slightly confused as it shows Line £21.22 & broadband £22.28. This makes it nearer £45 per month.

Is this right? Id of never singed up at that price.
