    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help, Ben.&amp;nbsp; I had no idea I was "out of contract" - I think perhaps Plusnet should have reminded me, having been a long-standing customer!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway, a member of the Customer Options Team has sorted out a new deal for me.&lt;/P&gt;

It sounds like you're currently out of contract and with this you won't be receiving any discounts on your monthly invoice. I'd advise then, if you're looking to bring the monthly bill down to call our Customer Options Team who can advise you of what deals and offers are available we're you to re-contract with us.&lt;BR /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00&lt;BR /&gt;
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00&lt;BR /&gt;
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00&lt;BR /&gt;
