      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently renewed my Plusnet contract at a price of £25.99. I have now received a bill for £39.31 and no explanation as to why. Can anyone explain the reason for this please? We have emails stating the renewal price of £25.99 but no email about this hike. If I had known, I wouldn't have renewed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I keep forgetting about the Broadband and Fibre Broadband sections.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This has now been sorted via a phone call to Plusnet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
