&lt;P&gt;I can see that you have previously been in touch on Facebook and the steps to resolve this already put in place. If you receive notifications regarding the outstanding balance in the meantime, please just disregards this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Plusnet are the worst</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. Ordered Plusnet Fibre&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Got router - fibre doesn't work as its FTTP only where I live&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Cancelled&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Plusnet Fibre same day&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Told I was going to be charged a cancellation fee.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Complained multiple times and was eventually was told that I would not be charged anything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Got charged £20 anyway.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7. A week later got an email saying I was going to be charged £120.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Complained again and was told to cancel my direct debit.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;9. Got an email threatening me with debt collection&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
