    <description>I'm getting messages asking me to return my router. I'm not even aware that ive left Plusnet. I know my contract has expired and I've moved to the variable rate as I've just not had time to sort this. I definitely haven't request cancellation of my internet. I need this to work from home. Not sure what's going on.</description>
