Not received giftcard for joining PlusNet (No Email)

Hi,

My partner and I recently bought our first home, after some deliberating and comparing we chose to join with Plusnet for our Broadband. We've now paid 2 bills and have still not had any letter/email come through regarding the gift-card that we could have for signing up?

Is there anyone who can help us in claiming it?

Hi @jessicazoe, thanks for getting in touch. I can confirm looking at the other thread where you've raised this cashback query my colleague Anoush looks to have looked into and explained why there's been no cashback offer progressing on our side that can be seen here:

Ultimately, it doesn't look like there's a cashback reward linked to your account when looking this side.

Hi,

I signed up via the link on money saving expert which had £75 cashback advertised you can see all the details on the screenshots on the other threat posted by Arthur who is having the same issue. This is false advertising if you are saying I will not receive this and I will be taking this further
