      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My partner and I recently bought our first home, after some deliberating and comparing we chose to join with Plusnet for our Broadband. We've now paid 2 bills and have still not had any letter/email come through regarding the gift-card that we could have for signing up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone who can help us in claiming it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is false advertising if you are saying I will not receive this and I will be taking this further</description>
