      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Plusnet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone get in touch regarding my account.&amp;nbsp; This has been blocked via the website and app.&amp;nbsp; I have been in credit for some time and no one has ever explained why.&amp;nbsp; I would like to know what I have overpaid for and why I was not given an option of having a refund.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The billing is difficult to understand and no communication has been made to explain the whole situation.&amp;nbsp; I'm worried about my account and not being able to access anything - i just get the message " the account has no invoice in failed billing" &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@3681646702FDFD32BCA97E2E5F1BDDD5/images/emoticons/huh.gif" alt="Huh" title="Huh" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
