How do I raise a ticket?

Can’t find how to raise a new support ticket.

i can see past tickets but only ever given the option to chat or call.

how do I open a new ticket instead?

WHY is this option made so difficult to find???

I find this system of communication very difficult to remember. Can you please give me the links I need to go through from the home page . I have raised a ticket before but cant find the rout at all now
