      <title>Want to pay my bill</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was there ever a conclusion to this.... as i need to pay my bill but no link to the pay online page and i've googled it and nothing comes up. Would much prefer to pay online than wait in a 30min queue?&lt;/P&gt;

Thinking I'm moving to another provider. The signal we receive is intermittent. Spend more time waiting for the signal to connect than using Internet</description>
