Xbox One S on Plusnet Hub One

Hoping you can help! Read a thread from a couple of years ago where you added a static IP so that someone could get their Xbox to connect and I'm having a similar issue.

The hub is a Plusnet Hub One, and despite adding a static IP to the Xbox One S, I cannot get it to connect to the internet wired or over wireless. Any suggestions?

Edit - Its a Series S and UPnP is enabled, port forwarding done and DMZ enabled also..
