Is there a reason when connection is stable (no issues) that ping is still around the 20ms mark. Is Plusnet able to reduce ping below 20ms or is this the standard? Would be nice to have a ping of 10ms or lower especially when pinging servers as close as 15 miles away. I know 20ms is good but when gaming 10ms or lower would be better.
