Constant DCs on Rift!

Hey,
I picked up Rift recently and have been experiencing spam diconnects every 5-10 mins. I have asked people in game and posted on the rift forums but nobody else seems to be experiencing this.
I don't have this issue with any other games, including wow which is a very similar game.

Disconnect, login, instant disconnect again. Rinse and repeat.
Then it decides to play ok for 5-10 mins till it happens again.

Resterted my router today and I got a new ip and it seems to work fine now  Cheesy
