Can some kind person point me to where I can raise a bill query...
.................................... at the same time sort out if I'm on the right plus net package.
seem to be going round in circles, its not obvious, tried ringing and am told there is a 30 minute wait.

Is that all I need to do? Is it with immediate effect?
